Our sketch generation feature evolves with your creative process. We provide two distinct stages: a rough sketch focusing on basic outlines and gesture lines to capture the composition, and a redefined sketch that adds deeper structure and key details to guide your hand as you progress.

To get the most out of our app, try being descriptive with styles, lighting, and textures. Here are some examples:

Tokens are the currency used to power your ideas. A single token is consumed for generating an image, receiving creative suggestions, or creating a sketch from a reference. Every interaction costs 1 token. Please keep in mind that prompts cannot be edited once submitted, but your tokens have no time limit, meaning they stay in your account forever until you decide to use them.

We want you to be completely happy with the experience, which is why every new user starts with 4 free tokens to try out the app's features first hand. Because of this trial period and the immediate nature of digital generations, we don't handle refunds. However, if you experience any technical issues, our support team is always ready to help you resolve them.

Yes! We take data security seriously. All passwords are encrypted, and we use secure connections to protect your information. We never share your personal data with third parties without your consent. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Precision is key. Instead of just "a cat," try "a regal Maine Coon sitting on a velvet cushions, soft evening light, high detail." Mentioning specific art styles (like "Impressionist" or "Pencil Sketch") also helps the AI understand your vision much better.

Just a heads-up: we don't store your images on our servers yet. If you refresh the page, you'll see a warning because your progress might be lost. Make sure to download and save your work before you go.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the following information:

  • Account Data: Your email address and username to manage your profile and token balance.
  • Service Inputs: The text prompts you provide to generate images and sketches.

We do not store your payment card information. All financial transactions are handled securely by our payment processor.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide our services, we partner with industry-leading providers:

  • Stripe: All payments are processed through Stripe. Your credit card details never touch our servers and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI: Your text prompts are forwarded to OpenAI to generate your artwork. According to OpenAI's API policies, data sent via the API is not used to train their models. OpenAI may retain this data for up to 30 days solely for abuse monitoring purposes.

3. Data Security

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are securely hashed using modern algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You may access, update, or request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your profile settings or by contacting our support team.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ARTINT ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Token System & Payments

ARTINT operates on a token-based system. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge:

  • Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Each generation (image, sketch, or suggestion) consumes 1 token.
  • Purchased tokens have no expiration date and remain in your account until used.
  • A trial of 4 tokens is provided to new users to test the service quality.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

Your Input: You retain all rights to the text prompts you enter.

The Output: Subject to these terms, you own the images generated by the Service. You are free to use them for personal or commercial projects. However, due to the nature of AI, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use ARTINT to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models.
  • Mislead others by claiming AI-generated content is entirely human-made.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality generations, results can be unpredictable. ARTINT is not liable for inaccuracies in AI output or any damages arising from the use of generated content.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within our jurisdiction.
